1st time eating here as a new local and it was good. We got the thin crust meat/supreme. Tons of toppings! I personally like... more sauce. The sauce on these pizzas are scarce (my husband loved that) I just used the marinara from the garluc bread to speadon my pizza. We also got the garlic cheese bread. It was good! I called at 6:11pm to order 2x large pizzas. One sausage & pepperoni cooked well; and the other sausage, onion, and peppers... cooked well. The weather was inclement with flash flood warnings; so I wasn?t sure about my drive time, and asked for the pizzato be ready by 6:40? this after Keisha was going to say ?ready in 20 minutes? meaning the pizza would be sitting around waitingfor pickup at 6:30. I arrived early at 6:35 and paid for my order. Keisha said it would be 6 more minutes. Ok, fine. More than15 minutes later my pizzas came up to the counter. The one pizza I can see had sausage, onion, and peppers; and wasn?t cookedwell. The other pizza I could barely make out the pepperoni, and was cooked slightly longer; but not well. I pointed this out,and the only excuse to offer was that they?re short staffed. He also offered to cook it longer, but the pizzas were already cut;and I was running late for work. If you can?t get it right, and make amends for your failing to fill an order as given, youwon?t be seeing my business again. The Rosati?s on Thomas is the best of the franchises in the area. I'm from Chicago and it's not easy to find the excellent Chicago pizza I grew up with here in Phoenix, so I was pleasantly... surprised to find this Rosati's location. Every single time we have ordered from Rosati's the pizza has been outstanding and ourguests rave about how good it is. Many of those guests have never had Chicago pizza, and after having so much of the "cardboard"pizza that's sold in Phoenix, they are pleasantly surprised that pizza could be so good. Not to mention the service at theAhwatukee location is always great. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Sandwich was great, super hot and fresh. But they forgot the Gardinara and dipped it when I asked for the au jus on the side. So... even though I had a good meal it has something to be desired taste wise and I have to throw half of it out instead of eating itfor lunch tomorrow. Good food but not getting the order right kind of left a sour taste in my mouth. Read more
