First time trying this place while in AZ and they messed up on TO GO SALADS ! MY SISTER ordered 4 to go salads in the drive thru... and they forgot practically all of our dressings. Also the amount of chicken they gave for what i paid for was miniscule of youmeasured it would be a table spoon?! Do better. Other than that the salad was great, just pay more attention. People dont eatdry salads. I'd like to try you guys again. Read more

My burrito was burned on the outside and the tortilla itself was as tough as a boot. It was just not enjoyable at all what so... ever. This was a disappointment as Salad and Go was typically pretty consistent, but this isn?t hasn?t been the first badburrito I?ve had. The quality has been going down hill and it is showing up more often with these stale burritos. Don?t wastethe money even if it?s the cheapest option, it?s not worth it. Read more

The Salads are fresh. You get a nice size Salad. The price is very reasonable. Its satisfying and they have options which is... nice. The Tofu option instead of meat is the best part. Read more

The salads here are delicious, and I love that they are trying to drive down their prices and reduce waste. I come here... frequently and get their ?buffalo chicken salad? which has been delicious each time. Just the right amount of spice, and a largeportion. They (usually) do not give you a bag for your salad bowl, unless you ask for one. I love that they do things like thisto help cut costs, which is passed to the consumer, as well as reduce the waste. Edit (5 to 3) - from my original commentsabove. This location now is producing so much waste. It defeats one of their founding principles. Every time I have been thepast 4-6 months they give you the salad in a bag, with a fork and napkins, which I instantly throw away. I don?t need a plasticbag for one salad, and part of their moto is to reduce waste. I wrote them about 3 weeks ago and was told they would stop doingthis, but nothing has changed. Read more

There food is so good. There are many food and drink options. They don't sell soda, but they do sell lemonades, coffee, ice... teas, and frozen drinks. I literally wish they would open more locations in Phoenix and Glendale. A major problem with them isthe fact that they get so busy. The drive through tends to go out onto the street. However, they do have other options ofordering, like mobile order-pick up, order at the machines by the pick up window, or grub hub delivery. There food is so goodand affordable it is worth the wait. I personally can't get enough of the Cobb salad and their frozen strawberry lemonade. Ilike to change up the ingredients in the cobb salad to my specific tastes, as I am picky about what I eat, and salad and golet's its customers change the ingredients however they want. In fact if the salad you want doesn't have an ingredient you wantyou can add it for .99 cents or substitute it for something that is included. Update: new visit: Salad was really good. I triedthe Sangria Lemonade. The drink was fruity and sweet. The juices in the drink give an after taste I can't stand. I probablywon't get it again. If you like Sangrias or fruity drinks then it is for you, otherwise get the regular lemonade. Read more
