The night customer service sucks. I went to the drive thru and they told me they were not taking orders. So I pulled up next to... a car in the order parking spots. Went to Phoenix sonic on Jesse Owens on 6/10 around 10pm. Waited over an hour to get my drinks. Intercom wasn?t working, sat... there for over 20 min because there was no sign. Only worker was a kid, Marvi Alfonso, apologizing profusely. Managers insidenot controlling anything. Employees rough house and playing around. Literally worst experience.
