Just no. It?s unlike other sonics. The food wasn?t warm and tasted kinda bad. The meat was burnt and chicken tenders tasted like... 3 days old. Also, the oil can be tasted that ut hasn?t been changed in awhile. It?s fine if it?s been a day, because fast foodis fast and people don?t have time to change it mid-day. But tasting like 3 days is kinda unacceptable. The reason I gave it 2stars instead of 1 is because of the shake and service. Shake as always is recommended even though it will give you a heatattack. But it tastes pretty good and you should give it a try once in a blue moon. Read more

Im not one go cause problems but I just came to Sonics and ordered a footlong chili cheese dog and received one with mold on the... bread I didn?t even go back because I didn?t know if all the bread is like that. Read more

Avoid this location with everything you have. Do not come here. I came on a Sunday and it was so slow and I waited almost 30... minutes to get food. There was one guy and he said he was the only person cooking and there was one girl delivering orders. Thiswas the most pathetic experience I?ve ever had and I know that I need to just keep my little coin to myself and stop wasting iton places that don?t value their customers and provide quality service. You need to hire more staff. There is no reason why yourstaff should be struggling to bring out an order after 30 minutes and have to keep apologizing because they don?t have any help.To to work and and and it says things about your. Work harder to the people. This is place is a dump. Read more

Just look at the other reviews about wait times. I find it hard to believe it takes over an hour to make a #3 combo. I get there... is staff shortages everywhere but one hour for a fast food place is just not reasonable. They need to consider closing thislocation down. As of posting this it has been an hour since I?ve placed my order and have not received it yet. Edit: I arrivedand place my order at 6pm. Left at 7:15 pm. I ended up pressing the button again and asking for an update on my food as it hadbeen over an hour. The lady asked what I ordered and at that point I knew they didn?t have my food or had given it away tosomeone else. Then she proceeds to tell me it?s only been 13 minutes and they?ll have my food out shortly. At that point I lostand used some choice words letting her know I know what time I got there and ordered my food. She then said she would make freshfood. In about 2 minutes they had the food which was actually hot. I know for a fact they either left my food and never broughtit out for me or gave it to someone else as I never received my receipt either. Avoid going to this location. All other reviewshould paint a pretty good picture of how they operate. Read more

I feel sad for both the employees and customers at this location. Being understaffed means underperformed to your customers... expectations. Being understaffed is not only a management problem but it's also a global problem at the moment. These employeessimply aren't paid enough to care. That sounds bad but generally if you're a manager you're an adult meaning you need to earnenough money to minimally pay the bills. At Sonic these managers don't earn enough to pay the bills. Oftentimes management isbeing run by kids. Kids with little to no experience in customer relations, inventory control, etc. The current situation atthis location has noone winning. Customers are constantly unhappy with poor service by no fault of their own. But theirunhappiness causes them to take out their frustrations on the already underpaid and overworked staff who then care less and lessas more and more people chew them out for reasons out of their control.Seriously, I'm as sad as the rest of you. I loved thefact they stayed open late and I could stop for a late night treat. I miss being able to meet friends and watch the serversskate in and out with orders. But until upper management fixes the staffing issues I don't see the problems being fixed and thefrustration of customers and staff will just continue to escalate. Read more

Decided to stop by before heading home after work around 6pm last week. I ordered the number 10 with tater tots and a cherry... limeade slush. Unfortunately they were out of lime flavoring but I got it switched out for something else. The tots I receivedwere cold, I let the manager on shift know (tall dark haired girl) she was so kind, remade our whole order also gave us extrafood with no charge. Definitely made my experience better with how completely friendly she was with me! Overall wish we didn?thave to let them know our food is cold I did appreciate the customer service! Horrible. Cold fries. Did not get any of the sauces we chose on the app. Spent $3.00 on a shark week slush for my son because of... the gummies and guess what. They didn?t even put them in there. Got home to nothing but a disappointment. No ranch (requested),no ketchup (requested) nothing was given to us as requested. Drive 5 miles for a disappointment. Should have stayed home andsaved the gas $. Read more

Horrible service in both the drive-up and drive thru lane. Instead of ignoring customers for 20+ minutes apologize amd let them... know it may be awhile. This car at the window has been waiting for 15 minutes and not a single hold on please for us. Not sureof the girl working was alone. If so We can't blame her ! Read more
