We ordered chili cheese hot dogs and added relish and onions total price $8.11. We received our order without relish and onion.... We spoke to manager and they said we ordered wrong so she had us order the American hotdogs plus chili and cheese ..the orderedtotalled $13.33 for 3 loaded hotdogs!!!!!! We went to Sonic tonight to participate in a school fundraiser. The employee (Sierra or Sienna) had trouble hearing us when we... were attempting to order, but she quickly pivoted to offer an in-person order taking. She came right out to our car within 30seconds and gave us THE BEST service I have ever had at a Sonic to date. She was friendly, professional, and patient as me andthe kids ordered our food - even with all the picky alterations my youngest had for her burger. And, she made sure to confirmall the specifics before returning inside to enter the order. Everything came out perfectly, as our car hop, Ary, continued theexcellent service - even returning to the kitchen to get us extra sauces and straws, and remembering to take my receipt to logour participation in the school fundraiser. To top off the great service, the food was exactly as ordered, and it was deliciousas well. If you are looking to visit a Sonic Drive In anytime soon, I would HIGHLY recommend the one at 35th ave & Union Hillsin Phoenix! P.S. I had LG fountain drink and double Jr cheeseburger paid with 10 change was 3.83 ..the server Robin asked me if I wanted my... change! Which was almost more than entire bill. Totally turned off 2nd time it's happened with staff never will come here again Read more
I went through the drive thru and when I ordered 1 out of 3 items, the drive thru person gave me a total to the one item, even... though I had tried to stop them and state I had a few more to order. They ignored my hellos and I sat there for almost 10minutes before I left because of the drive thru person not acknowledging me or letting me continue with my order. I love sonicdrinks but this lack of customer service was atrocious. Read more
The bread of my covey was moldy. Ate half of it before I even noticed. That's messed up on sonics part. Smh
My guest time visiting this location. I ordered chicken nuggets in hot wings sauce, tatter tots and a soda combo, my order was... accurate and came out fast. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend everyone cone and check themout, and puck up something to cool you down. Read more
Sonic is always good. They have a wide variety of things to eat. I do wish that they offered more variety in their milkshakes.... They had more options in the Midwest. Still really good though. Read more
