Very clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to the nice staff member that helped clean up after a little girl... spilled her drink. I've seen this happen at other non-Starbucks places and staff will roll their eyes and ignore the situation(sad). I will be back!!! Read more

Currently visited this location while dog sitting in the area. It was early in the morning, they had barely opened, say... 5ish. Anyway, I always have a venti iced Americano with cinnamon powder when it's early in the morning I haven't ate anything,so I ordered that out of habit, but the wraps struck out to me, mind you! Over the app! It wasn't even in person. They lookedattractive, so I ordered one, their bacon sausage wrap. It tasted similar to a Chata brand breakfast quesadilla I had yearsback, a great experience. Not as pretty in person, but also not a full on catfish. The coffee was just as reliable as always.The service was spot on to what you would expect from Starbucks. 10/10 for my experience Read more

I love this Starbucks. People are always complaining about the time because they?re rushing, but the truth is this Starbucks is... beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The drinks are exactly what you always expect from Starbucks quality, even if thedrinks have risen sharply. In particular I wanted to recognize Mardy there. I usually come in with a Autistic young man and hetends to be caustic, loud, and can be a jarring experience for anyone who doesn?t know him. From the second we walked in, Mardywas extremely sweet and helpful. She did not flinch one ounce, and delivered premium customer service. She went out of her wayto offer us water and even a coffee. She was wonderful. We will be returning here weekly because of her, simple as that. Thankyou Mardy! You?re impressive. Read more

I am so tired of this Starbucks. I have been coming here for about 4 years because it's the closest and every time I have to... wait what feels like FOREVER in the drive thru. I go to other Starbucks and they always seem to get the line moving quicklywithout a hitch. Not this Starbucks! They are probably the worst Starbucks out there honestly. Read more

Terrible service. Ordered, waited for longer than I should have, asked about my order, found out they ?Forgot? it. After the... somewhat confused server behind the counter finally gave my order, I asked for the manager and she offered no apology. Laterdiscovered they didn?t add the sweetener I requested. I visit this store frequently and I?ve had issues with my orders beingdelivered in a timely manner more times than I think is reasonable. I usually use mobile order but it was unavailable. Mobileorder pickup is unstructured and random with no one person behind the counter who seems to be responsible. Unfortunately, thisis the closest Starbucks to my house so I?ll likely keep going. They need to do a better job of getting orders right and gettingthem delivered as quickly as possible. I think we all understand that mistakes are inevitable but the manager and/or supervisorshould do more to make customers feel as though their patronage is valued. Read more

Going to Starbucks to me is a luxury, so...expecting luxury service is not asking too much (correct me if I'm wrong) Specially... when a hot triple latte is about or close to $6.00. Got in today to start my morning right (so I thought) after ordering mylatte, I receive a latte with a lot of foam and a dirty cup. This is unacceptable! I politely asked the short guy with a Goldenbang who handed me the cup, if he could please prepare my latte in a clean cup because this is not a good presentation. What hedid was get another cup and put the dirty cup inside the new cup. He didn't even transfer it to one cup like is supposed to be.Dirty cups are unacceptable & putting peoples coffee/drinks on a double cup is not a good move either. It was attitude all theway around! Having to pay close to $10.00 for a latte and a sandwich and leaving the place unhappy is not good business. I'm abusiness owner myself and this type of service doesn't make the cut. I'm done and will start making my own latte's in A CLEANCUP (one cup at a time) from the comfort of my home. ??? Read more
