I have been going here for almost 9 years. The wait time has become absolutely crazy, 20-30 min minimum. The parking situation... is insane as well. They need to make non parking in the front by the exit of the drive threw. It's dangerous & is a fire Hazzard& just frustrating after waiting 30 min for your drink to have to try and get out of the parking lot safely after that. Also Icannot stand that they don't take your card. Idk if this is a policy but please stop handing customers the credit card machine.& I was told to hold it & answer the question before it would charge my card, it's asking for a tip. At that point I'm sofrustrated with the wait & you not grabbing my card. Juat thought I'd share. The employees are always super friendly & nice nomatter what that being said. These issues need to be managed by some higher up. Read more

I've been to a lot of different Starbucks around the valley. This one is by far the SLOWEST one. I have come in a couple times... with a mobile order and they have sometimes been a couple minutes behind which is normal and no big deal. Knowing that, I placedmy mobile order this morning way in advance so it should have been done right? Wrong! They were 25 minutes behind (according towhat I overheard from the woman passing out drinks and food to customers when they became available). After waiting for twelveminutes or so, I told them to cancel my order. I was going to be late to work and I had parked my car with my two-year-old inthere (don't worry he was fine). Every other Starbucks I have ever been in has not been even close to this bad. It was beyondridiculous. Whoever owns this one needs to get a better handle on the speed of their employees. They had at least ten peopleworking and nothing was getting done. Drinks were becoming available about every two and a half minutes. Get it together. Iwon't be coming to this location again. Went to order a drink since I get a free one for veterans day. Ordered an nitro cold brew iced coffee. When I got to the... register Dhillon told me "oh sorry it's for iced coffee." I said I believe I have an iced coffee, Dhillom continue to tell me Idon't have the "right" iced coffee. He then say do you still want it? I told him no, let me speak to his manager, he tolde hewas in charge. I said that's fine but where's your manager. At this time another team member raising his voice says do you wantthe iced coffee or no, Kristin is in a meeting. At this point I feel that is no way to treat anybody. I did a tour in Iraq andKuwait. This experience was unnecessary and they could've gavee the coffee they were throwing away anyway. Read more

I either wait forever for my coffee because you busy, and I am okay with that. However when I pay $6.00 for my coffee cup should... be full with coffee and hot. I hadto say something. Read more

Not the Starbucks experience I so desperately needed. There were 2 people working with 2 customers ahead of me and I swear it... took 20min to get my drink. And it didn?t taste right either. It just wasn?t made properly. They were chatting up some otherlady and completely ignoring everyone else. I was bummed. And have not been back. Read more

Went around noon, ordered an Iced Matcha Tea Latte. It barely had any ice and it was foamy looking. I knew I should?ve... questioned it before I left the drive thru (lesson learned). Took a sip and the flavor was not bad but it just wasn?t the same. And as it sat there for a minute, it got extra foamy. Just wasn?t feeling it. Read more
