Slow service in the cafe. They prioritized mobile orders 1st so I waited almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks in personal cups. My... shots were bitter (dead) even though I ordered blonde espresso. Latte had too much foam and wasn't well-swirled. Drip coffeein 2nd tumbler was over-filled even though I asked the register barista to leave enough room to close the lid.
