Worst customer service I've ever had at any Starbucks. On 9:18AM Aug.2nd, I got iced coffee in the drive thru, then parked car... and sat at one of their outdoor tables. About 30 min. later, I went to the window and requested a refill, including cream onthe side. The male barista was very rude and asked if I got my iced coffee there. I said yes, explained I used the drive thru,and reminded him he could look at the store number and time of purchase on the order label to verify that I purchased it at thatparticular store and also the time of purchase. He got angry and said he didn't know his store number and didn't know aboutwhat was on the order label. He stormed off, gave me a refill, and 1 very slim tablespoon of cream, all the while acting as ifI were robbing the store. This barista was awful. He should know his store number, how to read the label, and ask anotherbarista if he needs help. Read more
This location is walk up or drive thru. Great service. Everything made correctly and super delicious!
Terrible customer service. Came to the window and stood there for 3 minutes knocking on the window while the worker inside sat... on the counter on her phone and ignored me. The man who finally came up was rude and unfriendly. I am definitely not coming backto this location. Read more

The barista serving me, Pauly D, was incredibly rude and angrily yelled at me when I asked him to remake my drink (It was... supposed to be a grande but he gave me a tall). Go somewhere else if you want to be treated nicely. Read more
