I am from out of town (unfamiliar with the area) just wanted to get some coffee and a snack. I used the mobile order since we... were on our way out of town and this was along the way. When I got to this location the lobby doors were locked and said go tothe mobile order pickup window, so I walked over there and waited for a couple minutes before I saw the hand painted sign on thewindow that said mobile order pickup window only between 7am-10am ( it was noon) must go thru drive thru. The drive thru waswrapped around the building. There was no option to cancel my order so we had to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. Iwatched multiple other people try to pick up mobile orders the same way. Starbucks needs to put this information in the app forthis location so we know ahead of time. The whole point of mobile ordering is so you can bypass the line at the counter anddrive thru. Read more
Offers online orders but have to wait in the drive thru line to pick it up unless you place it between the hours of 7-10. What a... joke, what is the point of offering online if you still have to wait in drive thru. This is also the only Starbucks I?ve beentoo since the restaurants have been allowed to open back up that still keeps their lobby closed. Read more
Highly upset I can't even go inside order my coffee sit down! You're forced to go to drive through and let's just say if your... order is wrong you have to sit back in line again just to get your order fixed your multi-million dollar corporation and youclose your doors and only have food available for pickup certain hours that doesn't make no sense never coming back to thislocation ever again Read more
In-store pickup before 7am is a SCAM at this location. Why offer in-store pickup/grab&go on the app if your lobby doesn?t open... until 7am? If I?d known that I?d have to wait an additional 10 min in the drive thru I would?ve never ordered at this location.Called and asked for a refund, was refused. Will never give this store my money again, absolutely asinine business practice. Read more
This is the 3rd time I have not gotten what I ordered. I paid extra for the cold foam and the extra sweet cream and I didn't get... either. I have spent the money three different times and didn't get the extra I paid for. So frustrating. Read more

Had to try the Iced Sugar cookie almond milk latte with the sugar cookie foam! Amazing & perfectly sweet! Great customer service... at this location as well. Read more
