Drinks were correct and staff friendly but this was slowest Starbucks I have ever been to!
CHRISTEN is awesome! My 1st Grande Caramel was missing a tad bit of Caramel ( to my liking). CHRISTEN volunteered to remake my... drink and even offered me a cake for my mom and I. That was wwwaaay beyond the call of service. I let the manager PEYTON knowof my great experience. This made this rainy day better. :-) Read more
Nice location, but... it's located right next to a middle school, so avoid coming here in the afternoons during the school... year. Looks like the baristas are onto the situation by blocking half the lobby / pulling in the outside tables and encouragingthey don't loiter for too long. ???? Read more

Not one of the bigger Starbucks if you venture inside. But clean , with friendly staff. They didn't request my name for the... order, which I prefer because it makes it easier to recognize my order at first glance. Read more
The worst experience of my life, I don't drink coffee anymore I had stopped to pick a tea frappuccino for my friend I was there... for 20 minutes picking up a tea was done right away I had to wait 20 minutes for a donut that was sitting in the showcase! Iwill never again shop like this type of chaos just for a coffee/ tea and donuts. 15 people behind the counter have,no crosstraining, completely overwhelming! If anyone has any mental health issues, I urge you not to go inside, if anyone isborderline mental health issues I will deeply stress this to you, have a mental health care provider hot line number handy! Update. I have came to this location a couple more times because it is literally walking distance from my house and of course... every time they are out of everything. Once again breakfast sandwiches and banana bread type items. This location can never becounted on to be in stock of anything. I wish they would find a new owner because it is absolutely awful awful This franchiseowner is the worst ever. I cannot tell you how many times I have been sitting in the line for 10-15 minutes or more only to findout that they are out of things particularly breakfast sandwich items. Completely ridiculous as I have never experienced thiswith any other Starbucks here in the valley.
