Mobile orders disappointing! Third time I placed a mobile order at this location, and it takes more time for me to get my coffee... and food, than people in the drive thru. Which I don?t think it should be like that. They need to add more people to help withmobile orders, one person is not enough. Took 20 mins for me to get my order. Read more

This store is GORGEOUS and it seems the beautiful people of Phoenix also frequent this location as well. Lots of worked out and... sweaty guys coming in from some nearby gym. The table by the front door is an awesome view of the eye candy but you will alsofeel like you're in the tundra after 10 minutes. There's a very powerful A/C vent directly above this table and pointed directlyat the seat. Just a good excuse to move to the patio for some good viewing as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the number ofelectrical outlets available. There seems to be a secret rule that outlets are either removed or covered in public places andcafes where you would expect to find them. This was one of the few times I didn't have to worry about my phone being fullycharged and my backup portable Anker with me as well. The staff was very friendly and handled the volume coming through as wellwithout missing a beat! I'll definitely be back to this location! Read more

This is my local Starbucks and the one I visit most frequently. They are always super nice and I appreciate that they really do... make my chai latte extra hot...even in the middle of August. While I mostly drive through, the vibes inside are good when I goin. Read more

Messy. The floor, tables, and counters were pretty gross. Only one inherent person in there on a Saturday and I can see why.... They also messed up our simple order. But all were very nice and fixed it - kinda. Read more

That the employees were very sweet, and the raspberry frappuccino was fabulous. There was a little bit of a wait for the coffee... only because there were so many people there which obviously means that it's a fantastic Starbucks. Read more

It?s 0444 and waited in Drive Thru for more than 6 minutes. 3 staff members were inside and was told due to staffing they will... not open until 0515. Website states they open at 0430! Read more

Went in this morning for 2 coffees and a bag of ground coffee. It took about 20 mins for them to effectively communicate that I... needed a bag of coffee. A guy with glasses told me repeatedly he could not help me even when I showed him my order, and pointedme to talk to the cashier. So I waited in line to talk to someone. I tried to get an associates attention that was stockingproduct but she ignored me. Then I got a sassy cashier, a guy with glasses and an earring, he told me to just grab a bag and goahead and go. I informed him my order and that we ordered ground coffee. He rolled his eyes and grabbed the bag, asked hisassociate if they had an order for ground coffee. The associate did not say anything and kept on with her order. He then told meto stand at the end of the bar. So I stood and he yelled across the store- ?Is this paper?!!? I said yes please and thank you.He put the bag on the counter and left it then helped another customer. Another associate came around and asked about the coffeeand I told her and she quickly and politely helped me. The other associates threw me a tray as if it was trash. Was not a niceway to start out my day. I get short-staffed or no one wants to work, but you gonna have rude associates here, then we will takeour business elsewhere. Read more
