This location is always busy but more often than not you get through the line pretty quickly. I always ask for the same drink so... my order doesn't take too long. The place is really nice on the inside with lots of room to sit. Music is good and employees arenice. Always new faces so I assume it's a high turnover location due to the fast pace. Read more
What a huge disapointment it was to meet a couple of baristas who had never met me before. I have seen them give cops off water... away free all the time as per the Arizona law that requires a store to give Any Customer a glass of water. This law was actuallypassed because people had previously died after being turned down a simple glass of water. Now even though I will most certainlylive without this glass of water but I certainly could have used it, Drs orders. This might sound fat fetched but it's the godshonest truth that i was just today released from the hospital after being admitted for 76 days. Normally I wouldn't have thoughttwice about dumping on a bartista but these girls have lives in their hands! But honestly what really made me angry was the factthat for 4-5 years 6 days a week I would go into my Starbucks where everyone is all smiles and they treat everyone great sopeople want to come back but I highly recommend that these girls are forced to take some classes on how to deal with the public.Because there is no reason a basrtista should ever have a bad review. I don't believe anything that they learn in their handbookwould cause a customer to leave a store upset. I know for a fact that this neighborhood has all sorts of new coffee companieswho would love to see a Starbucks employee fail to give this company a change. I have given this company far to much of my timemoney and energy to be denied a glass of water. Also I don't see the sign asking for .25 cents for a empty cup. So I will not bebreaking down any bills for something I can go to any other store or coffee shop to get a free cup. Read more
Went to this location and asked for my normal drink. 3 shots of espresso in a trenta cup of ice. Something I have ordered... probably 500 times at other locations. Was told I could not get 3 shots in a trenta cup of ice only a venti. My protien drink Iadd wont fit in a venti. After a debate I left and went to a real Starbucks up the road and whoa and behold I got my drink noquestions asked no issues whatsoever....somebody didnt want my business this morning. Read more

The guy who made my coffee and a frap did a really good job
