Wow I just want to say Annisa/Annalisa (not 100% sure of her name) was SO NICE when I came through the drivethru, her energy... absolutely made my day. They also had everything in stock to make my favorite drink when others Starbucks stores have been outof stock. What a great Starbucks experience!! Read more
The drinks are fine. The service was slow.
I ordered this earlier at a different Starbucks and I always clearly say please substitute for oat milk because I am LACTOSE... INTOLERANT, The first time although the customer service was bad, they got my order right. I decided to go to a differentStarbucks a few hours later since I am new to the area and I am all about customer service, decided to try a different location:( and ordered the same drink? while drinking my drink I wondered why I started getting bloated and gassy alongside with verybad stomach pain? turns out they only did 1/2 Oat milk and gave me a grande instead of a venti which I paid for. Aweful experience. I asked for a separate cup with nothing but cold foam and they wouldnt sell me one. This is after I had... already ordered it through the drive through and they charged me what I would have been charged at another location for a cup ofcold foam. Plus the drive through attendant kept rushing me on my order. Don't go here. Read more
Consistently out of everything, never update their online availability so when you order something even though it says it?s... available, 9/10 times it won?t be, employees on the night shift are fairly rude. Also don?t ask to use the bathroom becausethey?re really as rude about it as everyone says they are. I worked for corporate Starbucks for 5 years and while I?m guessingthe extreme lack of enthusiasm and shotty attitude comes from the company?s lack of empathy for its employees, that stilldoesn?t excuse the exponentially exasperated tone and treatment over a BATHROOM code. This Starbucks is the WORST. I?ve lived down the street for years and every single time I come here Every order that I get is... wrong. I always order oat milk or soy, bc Im unable to drink regular milk. THEY DONT CARE AND PUT REGULAR MILK ANYWAY! I wassick for 2days. Tell them a Carmel ribbon crunch and they give you a Carmel frapp w the crunchies on top, like the customerscan?t tell the difference. Another time I ordered a white chocolate mocha frapp and gave me crème base 2x without asking.(It?s normally it?s always coffee base unless you ask otherwise.) They should just shut this location down it?s had newmanagers in and out of there. Doesn?t seem to be working. QUALITY HERE IS HORRIBLE. TRUST ME GO TO ANOTHER STARBUCKS.
