Lemme tell ya, the coffee here absolutely slapped. I typically don't like sweet stuff, but the barista Jules was super friendly... and gave me an excellent recommendation for what to drink. Seriously what an outstanding employee! Customer service overall wasgreat...10/5 stars, would come here again. Read more
I walk in to buy a medium coffee. I ask for creamer on the side and they try to charge me an extra 50 cents for the cup of... cream. Im like okay, whatever. I wanted to be quick. I pay for the coffee and they say ?Oh I forgot we don?t have any coffeeright now? and ask if I want an iced coffee instead. I don?t want iced coffee so I ask for my money back and they say somethingabout not being able to refund me for the mistake they did. Who lets me pay for something they don?t have and then give me aproblem with refunding it? I then had to wait longer in the Fry?s customer service line to get a refund and they still didn?twant to refund me until the end. What should have been a quick coffee grab for my lunch break at work turned into 15 minutes ofwaiting in line for a refund on something I didn?t even receive! I am never going to return to this location again. Rude,unorganized, inexperienced workers who cant do their job of selling me a medium cup of coffee with cream on the side.
