Lemme tell ya, the coffee here absolutely slapped. I typically don't like sweet stuff, but the barista Jules was super friendly... and gave me an excellent recommendation for what to drink. I walk in to buy a medium coffee. I ask for creamer on the side and they try to charge me an extra 50 cents for the cup of... cream. Im like okay, whatever. I wanted to be quick. I pay for the coffee and they say ?Oh I forgot we don?t have any coffeeright now? and ask if I want an iced coffee instead. I don?t want iced coffee so I ask for my money back and they say somethingabout not being able to refund me for the mistake they did. Who lets me pay for something they don?t have and then give me aproblem with refunding it? I then had to wait longer in the Fry?s customer service line to get a refund and they still didn?twant to refund me until the end. What should have been a quick coffee grab for my lunch break at work turned into 15 minutes ofwaiting in line for a refund on something I didn?t even receive! I am never going to return to this location again. Rude,unorganized, inexperienced workers who cant do their job of selling me a medium cup of coffee with cream on the side. The girls don?t seem enthusiastic but nice. I asked her to wrap my cup and she just put it in a paper bag. I?m not sure if... Starbucks doesn?t have wrapping or whatever but I?m sure they have paper towels or something to make sure my glass mug didn?tbrake would have been nice. :| 3 stars because They weren?t rude or overtly mean but I don?t know. Love this particular Starbucks, the baristas are always very friendly and always make conversation with you. They always make... sure your having a good day and if your not they will give you your drink for free! This is one of the best Starbucks I?ve beentoo and the only one I?ll drive out of my way to go to. Amazing atmosphere and baristas!!!!!! Read more
This one has outstanding customer service. The baristas and all the other ones treated me as though I was one of the gold... membership carriers. We already know the goods they have so I only look for services with a smile and friendly representatives.So come on to the one that has an old time feel. Usually only 1 Barista working in the morning, and she will work on online orders and ignore customers waiting for 15 minutes.... If there is a line of customers and only 1 barista, they should turn off the online order option. Very rude. Read more
