This is a Starbucks inside a Fry's store. Considering we are still fumbling thru getting back in the groove the two young ladies... were all business. Spent $30 this morning only to be treated as if I was annoying the lady at the counter. I asked for a request and her reply was... " we're not doing that " as if I was her 15 yr old son asking for the keys to her car instead of a a patron paying her Salary. I'll update this when I get her name. She was a Hispanic lady probably in her 30's. UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement. I toldher I'd giver her a shout out for that fantastic service but I want to make sure she gets the recognition from her customers andhe manager so I'll be sure to get her name.
