This is a Starbucks inside a Fry's store. Considering we are still fumbling thru getting back in the groove the two young ladies... were all business. Spent $30 this morning only to be treated as if I was annoying the lady at the counter. I asked for a request and her reply was... " we're not doing that " as if I was her 15 yr old son asking for the keys to her car instead of a a patron paying her Salary. I'll update this when I get her name. She was a Hispanic lady probably in her 30's. UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement. I toldher I'd giver her a shout out for that fantastic service but I want to make sure she gets the recognition from her customers andhe manager so I'll be sure to get her name. Didn't write my name on the cup just made it and sat it down on the counter. Askedher about purchasing the large coffee cup she says she didn't know the price basically go look for myself. Read more

This is the best Starbucks on Baseline! The girls are always so kind, Clara (I believe is her name) is by far the BEST at... customer service. She should be teaching classes on customer service. I was in line behind another customer and I watched as shepatiently explained the rewards program to him, how outstanding. I stopped going to the other Starbucks in the same plaza afterthe manager shouted at my friend and I as we stood in line to order and called us a fire hazard. We left, walked into to Fry'sand Clara was so kind and actually valued our business. Today once again she treated me so well I actually left the storesmiling! Read more
My go to Starbucks is located in FRY's on ,51st Ave and Baseline. The Baristas are the best group of guys and gals... anywhere...They are very personable, patient, and provide Grade A service. They are a huge asset to both Fry's and Starbucks... Read more
