Purchased a Turkey Footlong Sub. I had a $6.99 coupon. I ask for LESS TURKEY to cut cholesterol from my diet. The Sub was... otherwise made regular. I ordered only a Sub. My total was 9.79!! How??? So i questioned the Sandwich maker and he said hecharged me for a Veggie Sub. If im asking for less turkey and i only got half of the Veggies, for example, i asked for 2Tomatoes versus the 3 they usually place on a Footlong. So why are you charging me more?? If you want more customers, you mustcharge accordingly. The Mgr was kind enough to reimburse me and I thank him for that. Just check your receipts people when youeat at the 67th/ Thomas Rd location. Half their bread is gross the other half they don?t have and their oven is broken so they offer to ?microwave? your sub ????

I have been eating this sandwiches since it came out and this is by far the smallest one I have ever seen. I have eaten hot dogs... bigger than this. This was supposed to be a 12 inch Italian BMT double meat, with pepperoni,lettuce,pickles, jalapenos,bananapeppers and look at this picture. This sandwich is always enormous so I dont mind paying 15.00 for it but you sent me 1/4 ofwhat every other subway does. Its has barely anything thing 3 pickles, a few strands of lettuce less than half the meat I paidfor. I just used Door Dash to have this sandwich delivered and they did a great job I definitely dont mind paying them for thierservice. But this bologna hot bun you sent me cost 30.00 bucks just a sandwich no chips no drink. Have your manager Think aboutthat the next time you cut pickles in half to save .003 cents. I love this Subway! I eat here almost every day. It's always clean and the food is always made good. They usually have two... soups selection daily. The staff are very polite. I don't see any signs that this store accepts EBT. The store is located in theNE corner at the intersection of 67th Avenue and Thomas Rd. But located on the left of Food City. Read more
They never make the subs correctly at this location i order 30$ sometimes 50$ worth for my family, i order for pickup or... delivery and the workers take advantage and dont make it correctly yesterday i ordered for pick up and they basically gave mewhatever they wanted not what i ordered. The guy there said i was the only order for pick up so he supposedly "didnt know why myorder was incorrect" he "remade the order and added stuff that wasnt on my order to the subs and missed items its not right thati pay 30$+ at this location and they dont care. I cant even get refunds this has happened multiple times this is the closestlocation to me i emailed the management and never get a response back.
