I had a coupon and I ordered the great garlic, which the coupon did cover. The older lady told the younger one to "give me the... cheap meat" in Spanish. I was so put off. I'm gonna drive further to a different subway with a better experience. Not only thatwhen you order online. They put the least amount possible of everything. Read more

Not sure what happened to this place they usually make tasty subs , today we ordered our usual through Grubhub, It was horrible... ,the sub I ordered tasted like it was old , the Lettuce looked wilted and beginning stages of rot , the cheese has a funky tasteto it . Had a coupon for 6 inch meal. They accidentally made a 12 inch. My wife used a coupon for 12 inch deal for 7.99. I said I'll... just take it for $7.99 and forget the chips. She wasn't interested in doing that at all. Would rather cut it in half and throwit away or eat it herself. We both rang up separately but neither one of us got receipts to do a survey. So we will just post ithere. Work with your customers, don't drive them away. Just simple customer service. Read more

Worse subway location!! This is my third time going and They are open for business at 9am but don't ever have anything ready.... You only get one bread option to choose from. Maida has awful customer service each time i went on Thursday mornings she isrude! she told me the toaster wasn't ready and then im telling her that it should be ready for business when you open up she wasarguing with me and then she puts my sandwich in the toaster after she just told me it wasn't ready. I asked for managers numbershe gave to me on the back of my receipt but i accidentally threw away so i went to buy some food today and asked for the numberagain and she refused said i have to wait until she is done with the other customers waiting! When she was already helping me!She told me Theres another subway i can go to and they should have their stuff ready when they open business. No! Why should ihave to go to another subway when this location is down the street. She told me not to go back because im rude, im an upsetcustomer who comes to purchase and every time i come they are not ready for business. she always rude about it and tries toargue about it. The first time i went i used a coupon when i tried to use a new coupon my second visit(subway sends to me in themail) she said it didnt work i used it last time i told her no that was a different one i threw that one away she kept saying itdoesn't work and i told her ok can u get a manager she walked away came back and put the coupon through and said its ok she madeit work because she doesn't want to call Clarissa the manager and get in trouble..! So my coupon did work?! She just wasassuming im trying to use the same coupon. Also my visit today she told me to hurry when i was picking my topping because shehas other people waiting! Maida is the worse please address this situation or i will have to take it higher and higher until itgets fixed!!! Read more

The only reason I gave any stars was because the girl who helped us with a refund was nice. But we received a flatbread with... mold and no longer felt comfortable eating the rest of the sandwiches. But big thank you to the workers for being polite. Read more

I haven?t been to Subway in a pretty long time so I thought I?d stop in. The restaurant I thought was clean but then when I went... to sit down they were things all over the chairs which means they just wiped everything off the table onto the chairs.Everything is more expensive than I remembered but I no now they don?t have the five dollar deal any longer. The flavor hasn?tchanged much so I can?t say much about that but the service was what really made this terrible. On a Sunday afternoon the girlin the black shirt not the one in the green shirt wearing glasses it was cold and rude and we just ran randomly go in the backand then come back. I hope she?s not the manager or someone needs to explainTell them you can?t treat people that way. Read more

This place says they close at 10 I showed up 5 minutes to spare at 9:55 p.m. the door was already locked the two girls inside... did not want to open the door to serve us. One was counting her money the other one was on her phone. I don't know about youguys but if a business says they close at 10 I think door should remain open till 10 what do you think? Read more

They only had white and wheat bread available when I arrived. There was only one family eating inside and a couple others came... in after me. Two of them left after hearing they only had 2 bread options available. The 2 ladies were polite but could havebeen a little more friendly (a smile goes a long way) and attentive to the customers that were present. I will say they werefairly generous with the toppings though and the place was clean. Read more
