Ordered a Large for myself, my husband and my child and made it a combo. It was fresh, it was good and perfect to split between... the three of us. They were also kind enough to give us an extra paper plate to serve/split for us. The only thing I find ironicis that the bowl is served in a reusable container and there?s a page at the trash referencing how reusable it is, but there?sno recycling for said containers. Read more

I?m a regular at Teriyaki Madness. We were told when we ordered that it would be 10 minutes for chicken breast teriyaki. We... ordered at 11:14am, the time is now 12:05pm with no food in sight. This is absolutely unacceptable. I finally went up and askedfor a refund in which the cashier was helpful but the grill cook (Henry) proceeded to come over and argue with me. Henryproceeded to belittle myself AND the cashier in front of other customers. I?ve worked in the restaurant industry and it isunacceptable to treat anyone in this manner. I will not be returning. Busy Saturday night, hot delicious teriyaki made fresh. While it might take a few more minutes than a rewarmed hamburger, it's... totally worth it! The chicken was moist and cooked to perfection, the crispy tofu was the best I've ever had. I love that thereare vegetarian/pescatarian/vegan options. The fresh vegetables were my favorite. We will definitely be back! If you haven'ttried Teriyaki Madness, what are you waiting for? Read more

Samurai Sam's meets El Pollo Loco. I went while they were having the $6 regular Teriyaki bowl sale when they first opened.... Rating this location is difficult, because it's a comparison between Hibachi grilled, and open flame grilled. Personally, Iprefer Hibachi, but I do love the char provided by the open flame too. It's up to preference. For Teriyaki Madness, the chickenis cooked just like El Pollo Loco, but flavored like Samsurai Sam's. The food is not spectacular, but it's somewhere I would goif I were in the area, and wanted "a pretty good Teriyaki chicken bowl." The prices have me debating between rating them 3 or 4stars. I would not hesitate to go back for a regular bowl for $6. Not many restaurants can match that price. But I candefinitely tell that the quality of meat is lacking. Coupled with the fact that the normal price of the regular bowl is justover $9, I can recommend 3 different places that have better bowls than that, within a 10 mile radius of this location. I reallywant to give them 3.5 stars, because they don't deserve a 3 or a 4 star rating. I'm giving them 4 stars because there's onlyone other similar eatery nearby (RA Sushi), and they're really only known for their sushi. Pei Wei is relatively close, but theyare on the pricier side. So, they've chosen the correct type of cuisine, and a decent enough location for foot traffic. Theyoffer the basics, as far as a Teriyaki eatery goes, and offer multiple customization options that make the experience better. They're definitely worth trying out, if you're in the area. Read more
