Food was okay. Had the food ordered through doordash. The pad thai (with squid) flavor was just spice, couldn't taste any of the... other ingredients. Spring rolls was okay as well. Had lunch there today after not having visited in months. The signature of new ownership shows very well. The staff were very... friendly and helpful. The food had the wonderful taste and texture of fresh sourced ingredients. I loved the attention topresentation demonstrated by the careful placement of the food arranged on the plate. Fairly priced, excellent food and servicewith a very welcoming ambience, I am surprised that Thai Lotus is not packed everyday. My next visit will be soon! Phad Thai Medium was more like mild if that because I tasted very very little spice. I've ordered from here before , Hot which... was Hot...far far cry from this medium. Just disappointed because it lacked flavor. Skip crab ragoons (the filling is thin andlacks any crab flavor) and the sweet sauce (watery). Read more
Food was pretty tasty and their happy hour provide a good variety of options. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. Only... downside was they didnt get my order exactly right and it wasn't spicy either. I poured an immense amount of chilli into my dishand it didnt get spicy. Read more
I took my wife here on a date. We love Thai food, and thai lotus did not disappoint! We actually ordered three entrees between... the two of us so we'd have leftovers. The green curry was delicious, as was the pad Thai and the coconut curry (can't rememberthe name if this one). So good! The place is well kept, and the staff is friendly. No negatives here! Read more
Delicious. This is my ALL TIME favorite Thai restaurant. I've been to many of the Thai restaurants in Phoenix and this one is by... far the best. Their food and customer service is amazing every time, and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. I've eaten here atleast a hundred times. They treat us like family. Read more
