We ordered online, got it in about 20 minutes which sounds pretty right for a busy spot. Got the food home, was still hot and... was very very good especially with the lime and sauces provided to us. The pickled onion in my Baja shrimp taco added just theright flavor, the Chipotle sauce added smokiness and a light kick, shrimp was juicy, was really impressed. Rice was dry, but Iput some of my extra taco sauce in the rice and mixed and that was heaven. Husband and friend really liked their tacos too. Wegot six tacos total and one side of rice, that racked us up to almost 50 dollars. Which brings me to the three stars I'mleaving.. the 6 dollar price tag per taco is just really not feasible. I couldnt in good concious come here regularly for lunchor dinner and my wallet come out unscathed. 6 dollars for one taco is just wild. This is Phoenix Arizona, there are too manyequally if not better taco places that are cheaper, and more authentic,(tacos huacho, city tacos, maskadores)just a few miles inany direction of this place. An average adult needs at least 3, four to be comfortably full, and if you want to enjoy a side,that's already putting you past 25-30 dollars per person. For a taco shop that's just absolutely absurd. I'm being generous withmy rating now, because the food and wait time tonight was excellent. However, looking from the other replies, we got lucky beingit was 4 o'clock on a Wednesday. Not exactly peak busy times. If you value authenticity and good hearty tacos to fill yourbelly, this is not the place. If you want something new and more different and have money to burn, sure try here. We were allstill hungry after eating and had to go get snacks from QuickTrip. 50 dollars for tacos should be more than enough to fill threepeople I would hope. Read more

We first heard about this place when Chip & Jo mentioned it on Fixer Upper, was happy to see it come to Phoenix since we didn?t... get to have it when we went to Waco, Texas. Super good! Delicious tacos, both the breakfast taco and the marinated chicken tacowere great! Street corn was quite tasty and the churros too! Friendly staff, clean place. We?ll definitely be back!???????????? Not impressed. I had two different tacos and the flavor was just not for me. I actually didn't eat either taco because I wasn't... good. That was $12 down the drain. Also the street corn is too dry and my coworker said her bowl was too salty.The only positivewas the mild salsa which had good flavor. Excellent! We love love love Torchy's Tacos! First went to Torchy's in Texas & fell in love with the place. The atmosphere is... fun, the food is awesome. 5***** to the staff... We went there Thursday around 5pm, everyone was welcoming, they keep therestaurant super clean... Going around pushing chairs in, straightening tables, keeping things clean which we look for.... Weloved seeing how happy the staff was. Seemed like a fun place to work. As always the food was awesome!!! And the drinks ..spoton!! Read more
