Customer service is horrible. It said faster service if we get out which we did and all they did was ignored us while they... talked in the back. When cars pulled up they just took care of them while we were still waiting outside. We ended up going todairy queen which was in and out within 1 or 2 mins. We waiting here at tres leches cafe for 15 mins and all we got was rollingeyes and rudeness especially from that guy that was doing the drinks and just kept giving us an ugly face. I love Tres Leches. I visited from Philly. The service from the beautiful Chica?s here is amazing, they are so friendly. It was... my first time here and they hooked it up. I decided to park and walk up to order instead of drive-thru because it was backed up.The mural behind the building is super cute. Loved everything I ordered. Read more
they have a some fancy tasty concoctions that are Muy Grande & Muy Delicioso amigas y amigos take advantage and visit now and do... so often because the hype is real!! I've seen a line out the drive thru but this time there wasn't so my friend hollers out loudto turn in & I'm so glad she did. Read more
Poor in customer service, drive thru takes FOREVER (more than Starbucks), if you need a quick refresher this is not the place.... Don?t walk-in thinking that is gonna be faster because is even worst. Don?t let reviews fool you. Read more
We were in town for 3 days and we stopped by this cafe 3 times. So happy we found a place like this! The conchas are perfect:... not too dry, full of flavor, and the sugar topping hardly flakes off. We've only had their coffee drinks so far, and they havebeen amazing. The customer service has also been exceptional each time. Can't wait to visit their Van Buren location when weofficially move back home! Read more
If you?re in a rush wouldn?t recommend coming here as it can take up to 10-15 min. at least if busy. But if you got some time to... spare to grab some good coffee and support small business why not! Read more
Best Mexican coffee ever! The smoothies are awesome too, I used to go the Van Buren location but now that this location (a few... minutes from home) is open, I come here more often. If you don?t mind getting out of your car and standing in line you WILL getserved a lot faster than if you go trough the drive through, if you are not in a hurry and don?t mind waiting in your car withthe AC on (specially during summer) then be prepared to wait (I wish this wasn?t the case though).
