This place was so good!!!! HOWEVER the cashier had his pants sagged very low, meaning i could see his entire rear side, along... with his Marijuana underwear. Witch honetly made me not want to order and go some where else, but i stayed and gave it achance. The location is in a bad spot and needs to be maintained outside. Almost couldnt find it with all the grown overlandscape.... MUST TRY the avocado grilled cheese. It was sooo good. Read more
So I had to take the time to give this place credit. My mother and I come through here often to get smoothies. We always get... friendly service and excellent smoothies! On days when they may be moving a bit slower the staff does their best to talk to youand keep you entertained and updated on what?s happening with your order. Last night was our first time coming to tropical smoothie Cafe... the smoothie we ordered was awesome ???? came out quick we... LOVED the smoothie... the food took about 40 minutes to come out.... couldn't be mad about it though since it was obviously wayto busy for only 2 employees to handle it all... the food was good all though pretty skimpy on portion size. The sides wereplaced in sauce portion cups... which is sad because they were very yummy and we would have loved to have more of it.... definitely a 50/50 experience. Read more
This place is horrible and gives tropical smoothie a bad name!! This place spilt my one smoothie into two cups!! ????. they have... given me cold sandwiches cold corn and don?t even get me started on them always being out of side or they give you basically nosides. First time trying this place just opened ordered detox smoothie was great and refreshing. Kids liked the Avocado grilled cheese... it was gone no picture. chicken pesto taste great. Buffalo chicken wrap was good and not spicy at all. Room for improvement atthe drive thru window no one comes to great you just opened the window and said did I get my order. I didn't even pay yet. Alsodouble check that your sides are in the bag before driving off. Young lady fixed the problem and was very friendly. Read more
Went in because drive thru was backed up. There were three employees there, one was handling the walk in customers and drive... thru, another was making the orders and the third just sitting on a stool in the lobby with ear buds in and onbhis phone. Wasinside waiting for 20 minites which could have been redused had the third employee been helping. Read more
