My kid was promoted, promised a raise.. two months later and still no raise. At that point, My kid gave a two week notice and... Tre decided to collect her keys back the same day she put in her notice?Then he turned around and lied. Said my kid wasn?trehire-able due to the way, she quit. When he clearly asked for the keys back right away. On top of that he text my kid and said? you will be paid $16 an hour on your last check?Well that didn?t happen either. The food is okay as long as you?re prepared to wait awhile, but the service has been sub par both times I?ve tried this place.... I've come to this location a few times now and usually it's pretty good. I always get the same smoothie. I've asked to have it... remade once before, but TODAY.... When I was handed a completely white smoothie, I pointed out that a "Bahama mama" should bepink. The lady that made the smoothie argued with me heavily, insisting that she had put strawberries in it, and asked me to tryit. I took a sip and it didn't taste like strawberries at all. She said she could remake it for me, but the whole time she didso, she was slamming things around and I was getting dirty looks from everyone that worked there. Not impressed guys. The cafe was empty upon entering. The 2 employees sitting at the counter sighed and did not even greet us. There was a handout... for a current promotion on the counter that we were told that we would be unable to use, even though it expires tomorrow- whichwas not a big deal. They seemed reluctant to take our order. The smoothies and food were just as consistent as any otherlocation, even though one employee used their mouth while attempting to break the seal on a new bottle of balsamic reduction forour caprese sandwich. OK so to start the food I ordered was great ????. My concern I everything else I was greeted promptly by 3 young ladies when I... entered They were just standing around talking so it looks like they weren't busy at all considering there was also no othercustomers in the store besides myself the young lady that took my order was very unsure of how to use the register also told methat the sandwich I was going to order essentially that turkey bacon ranch wasn't an option that it only came a different wayeven though the menu clearly States something else she also did not know what the product was I asked for extra cheese sheproceeded to ask me what kind of cheese I wanted? I told her I would like a picture of what comes on it by this time all 3young ladies were at the register trying to figure out how to ring up my sandwich While my sandwich was being made one younglady made herself a personal smoothie and proceeded to split between 3 cups for them to share she drank out of the cup with Disregard that there was still a customer in the building the other young lady proceeded to go to the back where they do have awindow that you can clearly view through she was touching her face wiping her hands all over her eyebrows and hair and did notwash them one single time also was not wearing gloves the only young lady that was wearing gloves was the 1 who proceeded tomake my Sandwich whom I believe her name was Rachel. Ordered through the app. Pickup time was 8:15am. Arrived and the store is closed. Sign on the door says it opens at 8am,... google says 7am. Either way, we paid through the app and drove to pick it up and no one was there. Extremely disappointed. Read more
