Hit or miss with this location. Ice chunks in the smoothies multiple times. Workers tonight were both new and did not know how... to work the register. One of them had their things in the lobby with their phone plugged into the wall, not very professional.We will be going to the metro location from now on. Read more
The first time I went, it was morning and two young ladies working there made the most delicious pomegranate plunge smoothie. It... was perfect. The second time I took my little ones and their little lime berry smoothies were great but mine was not the same atall, it was watery and chunky at the same time and wasn't as flavorful- I ordered the same smoothie as before. Every time Ivisited, the quality and flavor of the smoothies seem to get worse and worse. I'm pretty much over it now, I feel like I'mwasting money. Guy that was working here tonight was rude as hell. I was the only customer in the restaurant and only customer there for the... entire time, he never spoke to me. I ordered ahead, he was making my smoothie. He finished the smoothie and walked to the cashregister, he just stared at me and still said nothing. Not the smartest tool in the shed. Read more
Its 2045 and its closed. Drive thru screen is broken due to vandalism. Automated voice comes on saying they are closed. If you... wait someone will ask how they can help you. This TS is very ghetto and unprofessional. The lobby is never open either. They arealways out of products. You also cannot order online anymore. Read more
Oh wow. This is literally the worst smoothie I've ever had. We ordered two smoothies, totaling $18. They're so bland, no flavor,... like very weak watered down juice. Is there even any actual fruit in them?? We each got something different, but they tastedalmost the same- like nothing. I thought that maybe it was just an off day for them and maybe it's not usually this bad, butlooking at the other reviews, I guess this is typical for this place. I?ve given this location so many chances but tonight was the final straw, after pulling into the drive through at 8:30PM I was... greeted by an employee parked in the drive through lane who told me the drive through was closed, understandable but he didn?tmove his car, I had to back my car out of the drive through (mind you it is long and has a curve to it, essentially trapping meand making it super difficult to get out of the drive though.) Multiple employees were ?chilling outside? and paid it no mind.Not to mention the countless times they close early (like 5 out of the 7 days they?re open) are out of of basic goods(fruit,chicken) and extremely unprofessional staff. I will never return to this location again, it?s disappointing because Ilike tropical smoothie but this location is absolutely unacceptable. Read more
Great service, the restaurant tables, chairs, etc. are very clean same the bathrooms. The products are fresh and delicious.... Special thanks to Leo and Aisley.
