My friend and I were traveling and stopped for breakfast here after striking out at two other Waffle Houses. Our server was... Princess, who was absolutely lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and we were very happy with the service. The staff ingeneral appeared to be working quickly and efficiently despite it being a busy morning. Everyone was friendly. This Ahwatukee location is the best. Lots of parking and it?s in a convenient location. The service is really fast and super... super friendly. The prices are crazy reasonable and the food is so good. The waffle, with chocolate chips, is my favorite. Thehash browns and grits are tasty. I love the small town diner vibe. Love coming here!! The staff is super fun and welcoming. The food is delicious and all items are affordable. The menu isn't... huge, but has everything you would want. The food is prepared quickly too. The decor is really nice and feels like a small towndiner. There is plenty of parking outside. Lastly, all prices include tax. Read more

I really enjoyed this Waffle House. I have come back here a few times and the service is always fast. If you have never been to... a waffle house I would describe it as kind like a old dinner style restaurant that cooks the food where you can see it. Read more
Sorry I took pix after we were almost done eating, not to appetizing looking. Kathleen (waitress) really likes her job and it... shows, she was great. Half the store was blocked off to customers as they are dealing with a staffing shortage just like somany other businesses. The other thing that is hard to swallow (although not the fault of the store) is the prices. Mybreakfast (scrambled/cheese/sausage) over hash browns was 10.95 and our coffees were $2.75 each (OUCH!) Prices everywhere areclimbing and climbing. Read more
