Went at 3pm and nobody took my order at the drive thru box and when I drove to the window the kid was texting and walked away.... Then a different lady in uniform with a headset on asked if I?d been helped and when I said no she told me they were closed andnot taking orders and told me the lobby was closed also? Its all a gamble. Sometimes you'll get the soft and sultry voiced woman that cares and other times you'll get the rough speed... talking guy that just wants to do his job. I'll never forget when I wanted exact change and the cashier told me she didn't needmy coins and ignored my request for even exact dollars. That was a total mind blow, but this post isn't about the staff notbeing able to math it's about the taste and quality of the food. Tried to enter the dining room at 9am... the posted time this location opens. The door was locked. Moments later, someone who... appeared to be the manager opened the door, exited, then locked the door. He said he had to go to the bank and would open whenhe returned in 20 minutes. My car was being serviced next door, so I waited. 6 other people tried to enter the restaurant whileI waited. As promised, he returned in about 20 minutes and said he would open in a few minutes. After some time, I tried thedoor, which was now unlocked. I guess he didn't feel the need to let me know he had opened, despite my waiting for 30 minutes. Iordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, which were excellent.... hot and fresh, nicely put together, perhaps better looking than thepics on their menu board. 5 stars for the food, "meh" for the lack of concern for customer service. I truly don't expect freestuff at a chain restaurant, but if I had made a customer stand outside my restaurant for 30 minutes, I would have apologisedprofusely for the wait and comped their order. The manager was helping navigate using the Wendy's app. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We purchased over $30.00 worth... of food and all of it was fresh, hot and delicious. The dining area was clean. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Itwas a pleasant experience. Read more

Normally don't have an issue with my order but today we received a burger that was smashed together. It looked disgusting and... along with the buns, the fries were super soggy too. If I could leave a 0 star I would, but I had to give 1 for this comment to be seen. In going thru the drive thru of this... Wendy?s, I was subjected to a literal audience at the second window after trying to pay with a 50. The, what I assumed to be themanager, came to the window after I handed a cashier the bill and asked me if I had a smaller bill. I said I didn?t. As I go onto speak with him another employee yells that the manager is trying to tell me that the bill is fake. To my understandingfranchises have counterfeit bill checking machines and that especially fast food employees would know how to use them. So atthis point I?m going back and forth with the employee yelling in the back that the manager is trying to tell me that my chasebank given bills are counterfeit. So I reply that I guess chase bank gives out fake money and she says no just your money isfake. So I give them my card already high upset just because of the disrespect thru the whole transaction. The manager tried toeven keep my drink. The next day I go to a chase ATM and deposit my cash without an issue. Now I don?t know whether it hassomething to do with the color of my skin but I am a black woman who lives in the community and very much proud to be. I willnever buy from this Wendy?s again and sadly to say all the ones in this neighborhood has really bad customer service and openinghours that they aren?t even consistent with. Read more
