New hire took too long to take a order through the drive. He didn?t know what was on the menu and I saw ten car just drive away... because of it. I tried to order and he made me wait again another 3 minutes. Then He ask me what I ordered and I answered andthen told me to leave. Read more
This location is horrible! They do not have good customer service and they aren't properly staffed, so it takes forever to order... and even longer to get your food. I ordered and my fries were cold and I had the wrong burger. They were very rude when askingfor the right order and fresh fries! Save your time and go to anywhere else in the area! Read more
Braxton shorted me $3.00 in change due back from my order on 6/13/2022 @ 12:08pm. I've tried calling the restaurant all day but... they won't answer the phone. Just went for a quick lunch through the drive-thru. The person taking the order said everything right. Got to the window and the... lady said the price was $4 less. Nice discount... JK, I guess she didn't see the extra order. Other than that, service peoplewere friendly and fast. Food and order were perfect! Read more
Such a disaster. Of the last five times I've tried ordering lunch here, three times I was told their computers were down, one... time I was told I'd have to wait 20 minutes to order with no explanation as to why, and once I was told they were still waitingfor everyone to show up for their shifts. I don't even bother trying anymore and if I want Wendy's, I go up to Bell and Tatum. Read more

Food was ok they put so much mayonnaise on the bun that everything else kept falling off. French fries were Luke warm and the... pop was ok. There was hardly anyone in there and yet service was slow. Read more
