My husband and I stopped at this Wendy's on the way to the airport. I know we look like we were frustrated rushed and confused.... The woman behind the counter told us not to worry about the kiosk. We were staring at it wondering what to do next. She asked usto give her the order and she would take it from there. The food was prepared and as we were leaving, she came up behind us agave us a small strawberry shake. I can tell you that she made our day. Kudos to this very nice representative of Wendys. Great Wendy's! The building is brand new and very clean! They have an ordering kiosk and drinks are self-serve. Staff was kind... and helpful, it smelled wonderful in there and the bathrooms were superbly clean. Read more
I visited this location on 10-3 at 11pm and the manager on duty was fantastic! She was super quick with my order, got everything... right and had great customer service, I unfortunately didn?t get her name and I also didn?t want my receipt so I have no way ofknowing her name but I want to give kudos to her so whoever the manager was on 10-3 at 11pm thank you! Excellent and speedy customer service and really good food. Inside place is small and it is self serve. Drive-thru gets really... busy at times but the staff is quick and efficient and it moves generally well. They do a great job in keeping food fresh andtasty. Keep up the good work! Read more
The new ordering kiosks (only ordering option - even if paying cash) are absolutely disgusting. Not only do they take the jobs... from workers but they ARE HORRIBLE systems - they have issues sending orders and reset the screen, it seems, with every otherorder AND "take breaks" ... literally, the computer screen displays 'sorry, it's break time' but since the screen is on it'sclearly not rebooting - just for looks or maybe an attempt to indoctrinate or trick our minds into them being employees??? Theemployees themselves are fantastic, food and pricing is good - overall WOULD have rated 4-5 stars but the (poorly performing andplanned) automation ate the rest of the stars before I could even place my order. Will DEFINITELY go elsewhere for my Baconatorsin the future unless owners decide to change this. Read more
Always has fast and easy biscuits and gravy not like Whataburger where you got to sit in line 15-20 minutes in the Drive-Thru... and then get a biscuit that you have to unwrap and cover or when you go to Wendy's it's already open and gravy on it nice andeasy love it Read more
The food is always delicious. The staff are young and happy at the window. Although I would carry cash sometimes there card... reader doesn't work.. The NEW strawberry frosty is good. My absolute favorite meal is the grilled chicken sandwich. Read more
