The food is naturally good at Whataburger just as long as you don't go through the drive-thru in my opinion if you're up front... and explain yourself exactly what you want99% of the time you're going to get exactly that as far as the services concerned itall starts from management and lately my visits to certain Whataburger locations tell me that management is not doing a goodenough job teaching their customer service skills correctly to their employees aside from all that be careful where you'rewalking lots of times their floors are greasy because they don't teach the employees how to change the water when they mopbathrooms always need attention aside from that food is great everything else needs a lot of work just saying.
