The food is naturally good at Whataburger just as long as you don't go through the drive-thru in my opinion if you're up front... and explain yourself exactly what you want99% of the time you're going to get exactly that as far as the services concerned itall starts from management and lately my visits to certain Whataburger locations tell me that management is not doing a goodenough job teaching their customer service skills correctly to their employees aside from all that be careful where you'rewalking lots of times their floors are greasy because they don't teach the employees how to change the water when they mopbathrooms always need attention aside from that food is great everything else needs a lot of work just saying. Why are they paying these people a wage to perform a task that a 3 y/o can do? Usually my experience is great here... but after... waiting almost 6 min behind two other vehicles my order was as cold as the soda!! It seems customer satisfaction is at thebottom of the list these days! Read more

So I was there earlier this evening and I had a bad experience here. Long story short I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes just for... this employee to come out and look at me and for me to look at her and she didn't like me looking at her and she told on me toldthe manager on me because I was looking at her because I saw her crash into the wall or something probably triggered this guyended up coming out and peeking his head on my window confronting me why I'm looking over there LOL. Not really that way but hewas cool about it and did understand about it and I asked him why they have somebody there working there that doesn't like to belooked at and he agreed. Got there at 6:30 this morning two people ahead of me I ordered biscuits and gravy it took 8 minutes to get it they're very low... on staff they said I love Whataburger and I love the fresh food but I hate waiting in line for a simple biscuits and gravy. Andthe gravy was super thick like it been in the pan all night. Everyone I go to is pretty much the same somehow they need tofigure out how to pick up the speed just a little bit usually I don't even go to the drive-thru if there's more than one personthere because I know it's going to take a while.. just saying it's a brand new beautiful store. I've had whataburger before, but didn't think much of it. It's a slightly better version of a whopper. But what set this trip... apart was the breakfast. You have to try the breakfast burger. It's amazing. This joint was clean and quick too! I'll definitelybe back. Read more
