I waited 20 minutes for my food when I ordered in. 2 staff members worked while 3 others stood around, or played on their... phones. I understand that orders placed online have priority, but there seems to be no urgency for dining in customers. When Igot my food everything was cold. Frys were hard and borderline stale. Wings were cold but still okay. Im used to eating coldfood. Im pretty sure my food was cold because they cooked it a long time ago, left it sitting on the rack, while they tended totake out orders instead. Gen X workers have no motivation or care in the world. There seemed to be no supervisor present either.Just kids. Read more

Please make my order when I pay and order it online and not when I arrive. 6 wings and cold fries should not take 45 minutes,... when you have done wings sitting in the fryer. 15 workers in the building. What?s going on? Thanks for working and being open ,but you have to do better. Read more

Took forever to make our order, rudest cashier ever. Also super bad hygiene, tables super dirty. Dry food & wrong order. Arguing... back and forth with customers. If you don't like your job don't take it out on your customers. Read more

I did a phone order today. A lady took my order (I believe her name was Genisis). She hung up on me mid order. I had to call... back to complete my order. When I went to pick up my food, I tried to confirm what I had ordered because she seemed to betalking really fast on the phone and I wanted to make sure it was right. She cut me off and just told me what the total was. SoI paid. Then I got my food, I went to one of the tables to double check. She walked up to me as if I was in her way. So I justgrabbed the bag of food and left. Then I got home and realized my food order was wrong. Terrible service and even the cheesefries (which was one of the only things that was correct) only had about a Tblsp of cheese??? Why did I just pay so much extrafor that? Only about 4 of the fries had cheese on them. Very disappointed. Read more
