I walked in, placed my order, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go back to my car and wait. 15 minutes and I go... back in asked for my order, they all stare at each other, apparently some homeless guy walked in asked for his order, no name,staff asks if he was "my name" the guy just says yes and he walked away with my order. Ordered 30 minutes in advance, online time said 15-20 minutes when we went in to pick up they said it would be another 30-1 hour... wait! Are you kidding me?! When the cashier went to ask the cooks in the back they were unprofessional as was the cashiertonight. We?ve been coming here for years but we?re won?t be any longer. Read more
Worst customer service EVER !! The woman taking orders was the rudest smart mouthed front of house person I?ve seen!! No one... likes to work I fully understand but if you hate your job that much leave!!! Makes everyone uncomfortable and not wanting toreturn. Do not get delivery from here! They use door dash which will take well over an hour and you will get cold food if it even... arrives at all. Unless you tip over $10 more if you?re more than 3 miles away you won?t get your food. They do not pay driversfor deliveries but $2. We waited over an hour tipped well and still had our order cancelled because they couldn?t find a driver.Waste of time and food. Food is ok though if you get it. Read more
Made an order through doordash, where I received the wrong order. Instead of getting the triple deal, I got a bunch of boneless... of the wrong flavor. But at least I got my fries. But that's not why I'm leaving the review, I'm leaving the review becausethose fries were undercooked enough to give me food poisoning for two days. Very rough experience. Read more
Arrived at about 5:30 to pick up a doordash order. I noticed about 5 customers in the store at the time, nobody had their food.... Can hear the employees in the back talking, goofing around, listening to their own music. Someone came up and asked how muchlonger their food would take, the employee did not seem to care that everyone here had been waiting 15-20 minutes for theirorders. One employee even slowly walked to grab a soda from the soda fountain. No sense of urgency and a bunch of kids goofingaround. No one should order from here, it would be worth driving farther or going to any other wing place. Read more
So weird, ordered fries that were cooked perfectly but had way too much salt (see picture) and no ketchup. When I asked for... ketchup, she gave me two tiny little containers. The only thing smaller was the actual boneless wings (see picture). Sodisappointing. Read more
