Poor customer service. I order online and I went pick up she asked me the order number. She asked my name a I told her she said... it is not your name but it was my name. I think she was foged with street co2. Great food, but don't be fooled! Just because it says their sign says open till 9:00 doesn't mean they are. I've learned that... the hard way at least three times in the last few months. I won't bother making the trip out here anymore. Read more
Kept the photo but took down the review? The new girl at the counter acts like her job is this huge chore every time I walk in,... she takes a tone with all of her interactions with me. I've had the displeasure of getting treated like an inconvenience 3 timesin a row dealing with her, I usually come in twice a month tipping 20% for the past 3 years. Anyone else at the counter betweenthe times I've had to deal with the new girl has been pleasant, and the food is good, but after 3 years to suddenly be treatedlike my patronage is a burden is insulting. Not all yogis are the same. The yakisoba here is always on point. The beef can be a little dry at times but nothing a little... teriyaki sauce won?t fix. I would give this place 5 stars because it?s a great location and it?s always clean. The people arenot too friendly tho so the vibe is a bit off that?s the only reason I?m giving 4. I don?t understand this restaurant! I always buy here and the only time my sister makes a mistake with food. They wouldn?t allow... us to change it. They made us order what we wanted and toss out what they gave us. WTH! I hate the customer service here andit?s ran by greedy people. Done with you guys.
