I tried this Boston Market just now (2 pm) and I was surprised. It isn't your typical looking Boston Market, since it was a... pizza joint previously. But, it was the BEST Boston Market I've eaten in our area by far (not trying to knock the other stores,just this store had a clear distinction of the others... I love Boston Market chains in general). The food was piping hot andtasted fresh. The folks there, Pereshkumar and Justin, were great. Not sure what?s going on. Before I left, I checked my order to find my sweet potato casserole order missing.. which is no... problem. I just went back in and asked for my missing order. I get home and noticed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and BLTchicken sandwich both which are suppose to come with brioche bun but instead I got it on a bread roll. There were writteninstruction (via online order) for no pickles and bacons and that was ignored. Lastly, I ordered a chocolate milk and got a lowfat milk instead. I ordered for my employees as an application. I got the xl family package. It said the sides were large. They seemed a little... small to me as one person could eat one side to themselves. So I called to ask and I wasn?t even allowed to finish my sentenceas the gentleman who answered the phone cut me off and started yelling at me ? that is a large that is a large that is a large.?I asked if I could finished what I was saying and he screamed at me again ?that is a large? I asked if he was the manager and hestated he was the general manager. I think it?s very rude to cut someone off and start screaming at them as well as i paid $70to get ?small? sides that are claimed to be larger. I liked it, the place is small, comfortable and very clean. And the food is not to mention exquisite and well served.
Figured I would give this Boston market a go. Never seen a place like this. Sadly, this place failed big time. I am going to... guess this place makes the food off site and ships it in everyday. I ordered the chicken pot pie, side of creamy spinach, anddill potatoes. The pot pie was over cooked, the spinach was flavorless, and the dill potatoes were undercooked and cold. Formally Pizza Hut,and now the Boston Market of Phoenixville. I have noticed that the new Boston Market is drawing alot of... attention and for good reason there used to be a pizza hut there and it was a great place to get food,after it closed down allthose local hungry people needed to find another place for their hunger needs,,when news of a new Boston Market opening up people couldn't wait for the doors to open,,the place was mobbed for rhe first 2 weeks. Dinner time at Boston Market on thecorner of 4th rt 23 is the new place for the local hungry people to find food without having to drive far...thank you Bostonmarket for bringing dinner back to Phoenixville.... I had placed an order through GrubHub and delivery was going to be two hours instead of the one that was originally given. The... food had been ready for a while. I called the store to let them know that, the driver wasn?t going to be there for another 20minutes so it would be after 9 PM and then it would be another 20 minutes to get to me. I had place the order at 7:30 PM. Themanager, being wonderful said he would drive my order to my house and was here within 15 minutes. I was so hungry and sograteful that he went above and beyond to get my food to me. Jason drove my food out to me and I was a happy person. Suchwonderful customer service. TLDR; 3/10 Unless you are minutes away from dying of starvation, stay away. Subpar cafeteria food, who knows what is actually in... stock and sold out until you show up. Very rarely do I feel the need to review an establishment shortly after visiting it.However, my first and only visit to Boston Mark at the Nutt RD location was so comically bad that I feel the need to get mythoughts out here as soon as possible. Ifigured ordering online 1.5 hours before closing meant that if they didn?t have what I ordered; that they would call me orcancel the order. My order went through and I went to pick up my order. Upon my arrival to this location I was greeted by oneof the most bland interiors of a ?restaurant? I have ever seen. Four tables in the side restaurant each with four chairs,absolutely zero decoration or decor. Picture a Wendy?s, but everything is grayer and 1/4th the square footage.
