I am not a dunkin fan overall but they have all gone down and I will now sit in the longer Starbucks line or actually walk in... somewhere else to get my occasional treat. Now I see why the Sbux line is longer. Been to this location twice recently and bothtimes have received the wrong order. Their ineptitude and care for what is ordered is now dangerous for me as a Diabetic. When Iorder sugarfree vanilla lattes or a large coffee with cream, and am served the regular lattes and coffee with cream AND SUGARyou have made my decision for me about where to go in the future. They say America runs on Dunkin. From what I've seen, that might ring true. Its so popular and for good reason. Most people love... coffee, and they love the convenience of getting said coffee through a drive thru. They have a nice selection of coffee and notbad prices too. The bacon pieces are nice, the doughnuts are nice, I would recommend and yes, I will definitely go again andagain and again, for my coffee full. I?ve come to this facility 3 different times and each time I?ve had bad experiences with customer service and product. Why 3... times? Because I believe in 2nd chances and someone having an off day so I try to give a benefit of the doubt. All 3 timescustomer service at the the counter either took forever to see what I wanted to order acted like they were annoyed with mypresence or didn?t feel like working. The coffee is never brewed right and they don?t say thank you or you?re welcome. Therewon?t be a 4th chance from me. Read more
The worst customer service in the entire US. The woman who attended us was extremely extremely rude, I haven?t seen someone... being so rude ever in my life. Thought of starting our one day trip with the some good coffee but she ruined the whole day forus! If you are having a bad day, stay at home. Read more
They always get orders wrong here or forget to give you something. You ask for less ice? Guess what you're getting more! This is... just the most recent drink. The entire cup is pure ice from top to bottom and they left a whole inch of no liquid. I always tryto give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt, but even when it's not busy it's just lousy. Read more
2 days in a row I ordered a corn muffin and a coffee. 1st day I pull up to the window and they handed me my coffee and credit... card but no corn muffin. The window closed. I waited for someone to open again and I asked what happened to my corn muffin. Theysaid they don't have any more. It would've been nice for them to say something when I ordered it. 2nd day I ordered the samething, but asked first if they had corn muffins. They said yes. So I proceeded with the usual order and went to the window.AGAIN, I'm handed my coffee and credit card and window closed. I waited until they opened up again and I was asked if I neededsomething. I said yes, the corn muffin. She said I didn't order a corn muffin. I told her i asked through the intercom if theyhad it and was told yes. So I handed her my card again and was charged for the corn muffin. It took them long to give the cornmuffin. She handed me a bag and she folded it closed. I found that strange. When I was about 10 miles out I opened the bag toeat my corn muffin and I was given a BEAT UP MUFFIN, AND IT WASN'T EVEN CORN MUFFIN!!!!!! (See picture)This was my go to placeevery morning. New and Fresh looking Dunkin Donuts. Service was quick and we were off in no time. Still not a huge fan of the coffee, but the... place was clean and service was good. Read more
1st day fine, 2nd day there I couldn?t get a light and sweet coffee. When I went back with the black coffee they were incapable... of making it light and sweet. Gave me back the same black coffee with a bit more sugar in it. Part of it may be a languagebarrier. What they failed to do was obvious and it?s not rocket science. Read more
