Worst Dunkin Ive ever visited. Zero personality, I ordered a everyrhing bagel the cream cheese was little to none and taste... sour, the older gentleman at the window literally tossed my bag at me ..no thank you, have a good day..kiss my a$$ nothing. Went through the drive through on a busy Saturday morning. When I pulled up to the building there were cars from the drive... through line wrapped the whole way around the building, so I didn?t have high expectations due to previous experiences at otherDunkin locations. Hashbrowns and bagel were old and very hard. They charged me for a frozen coffee when I asked for a decaf iced coffee. When I... asked them to fix the mistake, they initially refused to give me a refund the difference. Then they gave me regular coffee andhad an attitude when I asked for decaf, as I cannot have regular coffee. Read more
Went thru drive thru - instead of a Large Unsweetened Iced Tea - got Iced Coffee. Nothing worse than that taste of coffee when... you don't like it! Mistakes happen more and more here. Even tried to cut down on how often we go there. Didn't help Read more
I don?t like leaving negative reviews but I have had at least 10 issues with this Dunkin in the last 6 months. I get the wrong... order like every other time I order, I was once told they were so short staffed- no manager- one of the employees friends whoDOESNT WORK THERE came in to help out, & just this morning the cashier was arguing with my boyfriend about what he ordered. Heordered a matcha latte and bacon- received a regular iced latte and stuffed mini bagels??? I also had ordered the avocado toasta few weeks back and received absolutely black burnt bread with FROZEN avocado on top. This place really needs help. Done givingthis poor excuse of a Dunkin any of my hard earned money. Especially to employees who are the most rude and irate humans onearth. I like getting bagels from Dunkin donuts, but this location consistently has ridiculously stale bagels. I just ordered one and I... can't eat the top. It might as well be a toasted bagel rock.
