Overall a decent Dunkin Donuts. The mornings during the week can get a bit messy here as traffic for the drive thru and out into... the road are always backed up. The staff tend to get orders out pretty quickly and correctly. Coffee is reasonably priced forwhat you are getting. Read more

I love Dunkin, but this location is horrible. I have tried this Dunkin several times, and the coffee never tastes right or is... made incorrectly. The coffee is always watered down and tastes as if the coffee beans were burnt. Even the cold brew doesn?ttaste right? it honestly tastes dirty. On top of that, the staff I encountered today was completely horrendous. The coffee theygave me tasted so bad and was made wrong, so I asked them to please remake it. The man gave me an attitude and rolled his eyesat me. Three male employees then gathered around and were blatantly talking about me while staring at me and into my car. Theydidn?t even try to hide that they were staring, and they spoke in a different language so I didn?t know what they were saying.Overall, a horrible Dunkin and a disgrace to the Phoenixville community. Like other Dunkin' Donuts, it's what we would expect, good coffees at fair prices, with decent breakfast sandwiches and of... course Donuts! Only knock on this one it is drive trough only at of this posting (1/29/21). Hopefully walk in won't need towalk though the "drive through" to get their DD choice. Read more
