We were on our way to the Phillies today and our pickup order should?ve been ready at 10:40 but it wasn?t ready until 11:10?we... got there at 10:52 and I was confused why it wasn?t ready cause this shop usually does a great job. I?d leave a bad review butthe gal there who was clearly training the rest of the new crew was doing everything she could to hold things together?yes welost a half hour of our planned tailgating time but the calmness and presence she dealt with every customer with wassignificant, especially when dealing with a customer hard of hearing - she went from asking ?do you want it mikes way? to aformat the customer could read her lips better - that?s great leadership and management. Kudos to the experienced staff andit?ll get better soon! They just need to keep the folks in line who show up late, cause that was clearly part of the issue,everyone has to get trained at some point! My son and I were craving a sub from Jersey Mike?s (which by the way is the best sub in the area). James and Aaron took our... order and made our sandwiches exactly as we asked. Both James and Aaron make sure your sub is stacked and go out of their wayto talk to you the entire time you are there! Thanks always for being the best and we appreciate you. We normally aren?t those people who try to get food 30 minutes before closing, but my girlfriend and I were starving and really... craving a sub from Jersey Mike?s. Wow?fantastic store with terrific staff that were helpful in the ordering process and building the custom sandwich. The bread,... meats , and fixings like lettuce , tomatoes, onions were all very fresh. We were driving by the area and stopped in because themall looked interesting and we were hungry- Glad we stopped into Jersey Mike?s. Grab yourself an Italian sub done ?Mike?sWay?,,,adding the Mike?s Way part will get you all the fixings . It?s easier to say that for both you and the staff- plus - it?sa sandwich you?re gonna be happy with and enjoy eating. The store itself was clean and open with plenty of indoor seating.
