We had a reservation for 7:00 this Saturday, for five people. We sat down at about 7:10, and our server took our drink orders.... We asked immediately before ordering if we could have separate checks, and our server told us yes. We waited for about 45minutes after getting our drinks to get our order taken. We didn’t receive our food until almost 9 PM, two hours after ourreservation. Our food also came out separately. Three people were finished eating by the time the rest of us got our meals. Thefood was incredible, but we had to wolf it down quickly because we had a show at 9:30, which is why we scheduled dinner two anda half hours early. One of our party asked twice for salad dressing and never received it. Then, when we asked for our checks atthe end of the night, our server told us we could not do separate checks. We had to sit there and do all of the math ourselves. There was no apology for our two hour wait time, and we ended up being late to our show. I am deeply disappointed with theservice as it was our first time here and many people had recommended it to us. I don’t believe I would go back. We saw acouple of tables who sat down after us get their food, eat, and leave before we ever got ours. I assume this was an error on theservers part, but no one apologized or tried to rectify the situation for us. Read more

Top service and food. Went there for brunch on a rainy Sunday in October 2022 and the experience was fab. We had the special of... the day and eggs Benedict and both items were fabulous. Max was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. The food tookalmost no time to come out. The ambience of the place is super cosy and inviting. We will be back for sure. Read more

Hmm, a $20 cancellation charge. Ringing up saying would have to be there by a certain time or the kitchen was closing. We had... booked the table in advance and was literally five mins late due to the road being closed and looking for parking. We informedthen we were running a few minutes late and was told it was OK. A few moment later just as we were crossing the road walkingover to the restaurant, we had another call saying they wouldn't be saying if we were going to be any later then we wouldn't begetting food. Talk about rushing. We were literally minutes. The food selection was OK, the waiting staff were polite. Not thegirl on the phone though. Would I go again? Not for food, no chance. But may call in for a drink when I'm passing. Read more

We had a great dinner sitting outside. The drinks were excellent. I really enjoyed the roast chicken with oyster mushrooms - it... was so fresh and tasty! Definitely recommend the tuna tartar to share and melon carpaccio. Read more

Lovely outdoor sitting. The staff were pleasant and direct. They were apologetic about an issue with our appetizer. Good beers... too. Even our pups can join, assuming theyre behaving. We will be back for sure. We did notice the menu has changed and becomeslightly more standard. Having said that, they do their food well. Read more

Excellent local gem, bar and restaurant, in downtown Phoenixville. Fantastic menu offerings, great drinks and local IPAs. All... alcohol is from Pennsylvania distillers and brewers. Love to support our locals! Read more

July 2021 Really great ambience in a historic, haunted building built out really nice inside.  Service was outstanding and the... whiskey sour was delicious.  The menu is quite diverse, as were the prices.  The southwest flat bread was full of flavor, justcooked a little too long. The carne asada steak taco was a little disappointing, though, as it didn’t have much flavor andwas not worth $17. But the short rib grilled cheese was unbelievable, and bursting with flavor, so cheesy and delicious.  Thecreme brûlée was creamy and delightful, as well, and the roasted peaches with raspberry and streusel topping was good but weliked the creme brûlée more. Overall, a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday dinner! Read more

2nd visit July 15: Currently this is my favorite restaurant in Phoenixville. Last time I read it at 4 out of 5 stars but I'd... like to amend that rating. I'd like to amend that rating. My husband and I went this time and we try to order some of the samedishes and some different ones to see how the chef modified dishes for a different season. There are 2 reasons that I changedmy rating in the upward injured my rating in the upward direction. The 1st is that I found the cocktails much improved. Theywere the same ones that I ordered last time so it was a joy last time so it was a direct comparison. The 2nd is that my husbandordered the short rib dinner crêpes. I often don't order this order dinner crêpes because I find them more of an appitizersportion for a main course price. This was not at all true on this occasion. I will truly recommend them. Hold on for my 3rdvisit because it is surely coming. Very nice addition to Phoenixville's downtown area. The menu has choices that find thereroots in many cuisines mainly French and Italian... well at least this season. The scallop appitizers is a very generousportion but just be sure you like a hotter pepper with your acid cooked food. I found it well balanced but some diners may findit too hot. The fish mains, Sole and Halibut, were well presented, well sized and delicious. The cocktails were ok and for methe low point of the meal... but living here one can get spoiled by the distillery across the street from Paloma's. Also I wishthat the music inside was a bit quieter. Overall I would return again. Read more
