Moved here from Virginia and would eat at this place all the time I loved it. The last time we had it it was absolutely horrible... and we could not get our money back. First and last time ordering from here. The only thing good about the order was the delivery driver was nice. But first the ran... out of onions rings so I got pizza fries. The fries were a soggy mess and looked old. The pizza was ok but the toppings wereblah. I could tell it wasn't fresh. The cheese steak was ok. A little greasy but not bad. Ordered from the Slice app, first pizza arrived on time but obviously tilted the whole drive over. Connected with Slice and they... had the shop make another pizza and delivered only for the new pizza to be tilted the whole ride over. Literally watched thedriver open the box on our porch to check it on our ring camera. Dunno what he looked at. Contacted Slice again, they contactedBella Napoli and because they redelivered they were satisfied with the result of their order. Was also told that Bella Napolihad their own drivers deliver for slice, so it?s not even like a random door dasher. Dude just delivers pizza.
