What happened? Pizza used to be good but tonight's was HORRIBLE! I ordered half meatball and half ham with pineapple. The... pineapple half was OK but the other half was covered in pepperoni instead of meatballs! The crust was one of those frozen discsthat you could buy in the supermarket. I always have the best experience when ordering from Pat's. The phone is always answered quickly, the estimated time for... preparation is consistently on point, and the service is pleasant and helpful every time! My personal favorite are the buffalochicken cheesesteaks, but I would give anything on the menu a try! So glad I am their next door neighbor. Thanks Pats! Read more

We used to get dinner from Pat?s all the time. Their food used to be quite decent consistently. Unfortunately our recent... experience prompted us to look elsewhere at the other local restaurants. It is the worst food I have had in a long time. Iordered waffle fries with fish instead of regular fries as they always taste better. The waffle fries that were served wereperhaps the cheapest verity from the frozen section. They tasted horribly bland and were soggy. The fish was just about ok,still worse than what we have had before from them. We will decidedly stay away from Pat?s in future. There are enough foodplaces in the area that will deliver better food. I can't speak to the quality of their food because I ended up leaving without completing my order. The restaurant was clean and... well-maintained, so the two stars take those 2 factors into account, or it would be a 1-star. What happened: I brought myservice dog (who is fully trained and compliant as a service animal under Title II and Title III of the ADA) into the restaurantto get a water and a slice of pizza. I attempted to order at the counter. An older employee (he was thin, white, roughly 5 foot10 inches with facial hair, 40s-50s in age and if memory serves me he was wearing glasses) said that I could not eat inside ofthe building, that I had to eat outside because of my dog. I quoted Title III and informed him that she was a service animal. Herequested documentation. I informed him I was not required to provide that and quoted the ADA again. He told me it was therestaurant owner's policy and that it was a line in the sand. When it became obvious it was a losing battle after the gentlemanrepeatedly insisted there was nothing he could do, I left without completing my order. The man was not rude about it, but he didnot comply with the law. If it truly is the owner's "policy," both the owner and the employees are not in compliance with TitleIII of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I filed a complaint with the Department of Justice and will update this review oncetheir investigation is complete. Please properly train your employees on legal compliance so no other customer or potentialcustomer experiences the embarrassment and inconvenience that I did.
