Went on a Saturday around 11am maybe 3 people in the store. Ordered 2 small sandwiches paid and had to wait for over 20 mins.... Multiple people came in and went also ordering at the counter not just picking up. Total disgrace that the front end can keeptaking multiple orders but the back end cant deliver in an adequate manner with over 6 people making sandwiches. They werecalling out names for orders ready but not one of them there to pick up or in the store. Last time i will ever go to that store.In all fairness the sandwiches were correctly made and were fresh. Read more

Last few orders have been wrong unfortunately. Ordered the bada bing which literally has 3 ingredients on it. The rabe was... completely missing. My husband asked for a cheese swap and to add toppings and Both were also missed. For $14 this wasridiculous. How do you forget the rabe on a cutlet, rabe, and provolone sandwich?! And seeing the latest reviews, the ownerposts the exact same message every time. People should be compensated. Nothing will change except people will stop ordering fromthis location. Read more
