The new store manager - I think she had blonde hair ? Think her name starts with a C? She got my order entirely wrong, I saw her... yelling at the workers, and then proceeded to walk away and was having them sign something in the middle of me trying to get herattention? all the staff here are wonderful! i?ve never had anything but a pleasant experience. they?re kind and friendly and are always... quick to find a resolution to any issue or complication. this happened awhile ago, but on mother?s day i stopped by before workand they wrote ?have a great day? on my cup. i?m sure they didn?t know this but it was my very first mother?s day and i was sadi had to work, so that little touch turned my whole day around. thank you oaks starbucks team for making my mornings great!! The staff was busy with drive thru and an employee who had just gotten off took care of me. That is a display of work ethic not... often seen or commended. She felt bad I was waiting but I don't mind waiting due to my experience in working in customer-facingpositions. I understand how these things go. Read more
