The old tattooed man with white hair on the nigh Shift has made iced chocolate milk several times when I USED to be able to come... here and get a mocha iced latte. when I asked for a refund and why I wasn?t getting espresso Shane said it was my fault for notadding the shot??.. ITS A LATTE! I ordered a LATTE! Not a chocolate milk on ice! Haha! I?m in wawa in the middle of the nightfor a CCOFFEE not a 4$ chocolate milk! The drinks are never consistent. Some days my latte is perfect and other days, like yesterday, they're barely drinkable. It... didn't even taste like it had any espresso in it, just milk and caramel. Went here to get a chips ahoy milkshake while they were still available. I ordered and payed and waiting 10 minutes for them to... even start making it. The workers ?huddled up? to talk about something for another 2 minutes, not even acknowledging the peoplethat were waiting there in anger. Get better employees. Also, if you want air from the machine, it will be shorter to blow it upwith your mouth before that thing gets fixed. Read more
Average wawa store. Never order a custom made drink if you want to wait 30 minutes. There is literally one guy making them and... he decides to make himself a drink before clocking out while 20 angry customers looked at him. Read more
I've never waited for food or drink at a wawa like I have at this location and now it's been more then once. Need better... managers, employees all chit chatting rather then focusing on their job. Employee making drinks had at least 6 people waitingfor orders - he proceeded to make his large milkshake and then leave for break.... leaving all customers without drinks waitingfor someone to come and make them. DO NOT, I Repeat, DO NOT order online from this location. I waited 20 minutes then unassigned my orders at 710 on a Sunday... morning where maybe there were 10 customers the entire time I waited. This is every single time. Oh and I see why viruses arespread so easily when the cashier is constantly wiping her face and nose with her bare hands then handling monet and food. Iwaited 20 minutes for a coffee one morning before I just made it myself. They do not care about certain orders. They'd preferthem not to be made. Wawa needs competition to keep them humble like they used to be. Now it's just a revolving door ofcustomers and they don't care about online orders. So much for "convenience" this location sucks!
