I?ve eaten here a few time in the last 2 years or so and the food has been just okay. We decided to do takeout tonight, hot dog,... chicken sandwich some chicken tenders and a milkshake. Every item was absolutely terrible, and I?m not just saying that fordramatic effect. The chicken tenders where mushy and all stuck together, the chicken sandwich same mushy but chewy, hotdog wascold and the toppings a mess and the milkshake had a chemical taste to it. We took a few bites of each and threw the rest out.Can?t say we will be back here again. Read more

I never write reviews but felt I had to. Food was decent. About what you would expect from a place like this. Service started... out okay, but as I sat down and ate my meal I could hardly hear myself think over the loud and obnoxious staff. The guys therewere relentlessly ragging on each other and laughing about it, then proceeded to talk about customers. I understand staff talkslike that but don?t do it in front of your customers. The staff was very pleasant. The Burger was absolutely awesome ,It was the way it was WAY BACK when. The way a Burger should... taste, And the beer battered onion rings were absolutely perfect, when you took a bite usually at other restaurants the onionwould all come out of the batter. 13DE 2021. This was my first experience eating at a Wayback Burger, and all in all, I am underwhelmed. The cost for a double... burger, onion rings and an unsweetened tea was more than $16, which is a significant amount of coin to shell out for a lunchmeal. For that amount, the burger better knock my socks off, which it didn't. While prepared and assembled well enough, theburger was bland, patties were noticeably thin and small, and the condiments were so cold, they actually cooled the meat tobarely a lukewarm temperature. On the plus side, I've never had ice cold ketchup, mayo, and mustard before! When the cashierasked me what side item I wanted, I told her it was my first time eating there and didn't know what options I had. Instead oftaking the time to create a positive customer experience and inform me, she passively and silently just pointed over hershoulder at the menu board hanging on the wall. The next customer behind me also had a similar experience when he explainedthat this was his first time and asked what the best thing on the menu was and what the cashier recommended. He was given asimilar treatment and the employee took zero time to engage him and create a positive experience. In summary, it is a mediocreburger and customer service was also mediocre at best. For an expensive, generic, run of the mill burger, I would not eat hereagain and would not recommend this place to family/friends. Save your money and go anywhere else. Read more
