I apparently came 30 seconds to a minute too late to order breakfast. The signs weren't changed for normal meals. Which is I... guess no big deal I just didn't know what the order from the menu cuz I don't have it down by memory. But I did wait a long formy food because of french fries. Weren't ready so I waited off to the side and when I received it. It seemed like the food wassitting there for a while. Otherwise the french fries were not hot they were warm like they did not come just out of the fryer. Read more
Awful experience through the driver thu today. They couldnt hear me and asked me to speak louder multiple times. It was hard to... hear because of the rain maybe. I spoke louder and all of a sudden another employee gets on the mic and screams at me because ?Iwas talking loud?. Horrible customer service and experience. Had to wait 15+ minutes to receive cold food. It?s very disappointing especially with the cost of fast food these days. I know I... didn?t have to wait for the food to be cooked because it was very cold when I received it, so I?m not sure the cause of thedelay.
