I apparently came 30 seconds to a minute too late to order breakfast. The signs weren't changed for normal meals. Which is I... guess no big deal I just didn't know what the order from the menu cuz I don't have it down by memory. But I did wait a long formy food because of french fries. Weren't ready so I waited off to the side and when I received it. It seemed like the food wassitting there for a while. Awful experience through the driver thu today. They couldnt hear me and asked me to speak louder multiple times. It was hard to... hear because of the rain maybe. I spoke louder and all of a sudden another employee gets on the mic and screams at me because ?Iwas talking loud?. Horrible customer service and experience. Had to wait 15+ minutes to receive cold food. It?s very disappointing especially with the cost of fast food these days. I know I... didn?t have to wait for the food to be cooked because it was very cold when I received it, so I?m not sure the cause of thedelay. This was a very good Wendy's location. The drive-thru was moving fast, and the dining room was open. I ordered online and ate... in the dining room, which was clean and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to see that a former manager from thePennsburg McDonald's was working here.
